Exchange and return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order

The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
