A one-year warranty period is provided by the manufacturer, provided the product is properly stored.

Exchange and return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order

The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"). The last day when you can demand a refund and take back the goods of proper quality will be the 14th day of the period that began the day after purchase.

The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - on another date agreed upon by the parties, but no later than within 7 days.
